We want to ensure as many people as possible can participate in the Open Knowledge Conference. If a discount is required for you to be able to participate please just email us at [email protected] with the reason and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Information on registration
Payment is made by credit card and an invoice is immediately issued, along with your electronic OKCon ticket. If you encounter any problem, please contact us at [email protected].
Do you need a visa?
If you need a visa to visit Switzerland, we will send you an invitation letter once your payment has been received, and refund you if your visa application is refused (minus a fee of 40 EUR).
Donations
Do consider donating if the price for your ticket seems low – we’d love to be able to have more attendees from around the world and adding a donation will enable us to support more community members to attend through bursaries. You can donate directly when purchasing your ticket.
Press
Press passes are available upon request by completing our press pre-registration form and fulfilling the necessary requirements.
