Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not allowed after you have confirmed your orders. There will not be any reimbursement possible.
Substitutions/ Transfers
Substitutions must be made in writing via email to [email protected] and received at least two weeks before the first day of the event. After that date substitutions will no longer be accepted.
Photography and recording
The Conference is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, partners and other companies from photographing conference activities and participants. By participating in the Conference, you acknowledge that your talks and presence may be recorded, and pictures be taken. You hereby waive any right to oppose, and expressly authorize, the Organisers to record the Conference activities and make them available on the Internet or as we may see fit.
