Connecting Open Resource Flows for Development – Workshop

Speakers: The workshop will be participatory and attendees are encouraged to contribute their own experiences. Confirmed participants include Publish What You Fund, Aidinfo, OpenSpending, World Bank Finances, Development Finance International, Open Contracting, Integrity Action, Adaptation Fund, OpenCorporates, United Nation Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) and the Guardian.
With International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI), Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) coming on stream and increasing amounts of open data in other areas including contracts, budgets and spending we have an unprecedented opportunity to connect data to build a coherent and (more) complete picture of flows of money and resources in developing countries (especially resource rich ones).
This workshop is a chance to bring together several different communities to share ideas and challenges.
